The Malabrigo Madness Collection is currently being designed.
Malabrigo is the most wonderful wool I have ever worked with! When most people think of “wool,” they recall the terribly scratchy sweaters that their grandmother knit. This is NOT the case with Malabrigo.
Just as technology has skyrocketed the electronics industry, it has done wonders for the textile industry too. There are many ways to process natural fibers allowing for softness, comfort and even the ability to machine wash!
Malabrigo is an extremely soft, kettle dyed, pure Marino wool- imported from Uruguay. This wool has the ability to felt wonderfully! Although my newest line of Malabrigo patterns will be for felted bags, I am excited to design super-soft and super-warm garments in the future.
